Cancellation Policy for Wizzride Shared Cab
If cancellation is done24 hours beforethe travel time, the refund will be processed with a cancellation charge of
Rs. 100 per seat + 5% GST
If cancellation is donewithin 24 hours but 12 hours beforethe travel time, the refund will be processed with a cancellation charge of
Rs. 200 per seat + 5% GST
If cancellation is donewithin 12 hours of the travel time and Booking Done within 1 hour from now, the refund will be processed with a cancellation charge of
Rs. 200 per seat + 5% GST
If cancellation is donewithin 12 hours of the travel time and Booking Done before 1 hour from now
100% - No Refund
Cancellation Policy for Wizzride Reserved Cab
If cancellation is done24 hours beforethe travel time, the refund will be processed with a
2% cancellation charge
If cancellation is donewithin 24 hours but 12 hours beforethe travel time, the refund will be processed with a cancellation charge of
Rs. 200 + 5% GST
If cancellation is donewithin 12 hours but 3 hours beforethe travel time, the refund will be processed with a cancellation charge of
Rs. 300 + 5% GST
If cancellation is done3 hours beforethe travel time, the refund will be processed with a cancellation charge of
Rs. 500 + 5% GST
If cancellation is attempted forpast bookings, there shall be
no refund
